Getting Started
How do I get my website set up?
After signing up, you'll receive an onboarding form via email. Fill it out with your business name, services, contact info, and any preferences. We'll start building immediately and deliver within 3–5 business days.
What info do you need from me to get started?
Business name, services you offer, service area, phone number, email, any existing logo or brand colors, and a brief description of your business. That's it — we handle the rest.
How do I connect my own domain name?
We handle domain setup for you. If you already own a domain, just share your registrar login (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.) or grant us DNS access and we'll point it to your new site. If you need a domain, we'll register one as part of your plan.
Managing Your Site
How do I request changes to my website?
Submit a ticket below or email support@vellenue.com with a description of the change. Plan A customers get monthly maintenance tweaks included. Plan B customers can add a 30-day Unlimited Customization Month for $25 anytime.
Can I edit the website myself?
Plan B (one-time) customers receive the full website files and can self-host and edit freely. Plan A is a managed service — we handle updates for you so you don't have to touch the code.
My website is loading slowly. What should I do?
Submit a support ticket with your website URL and a description of the issue. Common causes include large unoptimized images or hosting latency. We'll diagnose and fix it — usually within 1 business day.
Billing & Plans
How do I cancel my Plan A subscription?
Email support@vellenue.com with your business name and request to cancel. We'll confirm within 24 hours and stop billing at the end of your current billing cycle. No penalties or fees.
Can I switch from Plan A to Plan B?
Yes. Email us and we'll calculate a transition cost based on months already paid. Many clients stay on Plan A for a few months before buying out — we make it easy.
I was charged unexpectedly — what do I do?
Email support@vellenue.com with your name and a screenshot of the charge. We'll look into it immediately and issue a refund if the charge was in error. We process refunds within 3–5 business days.
