Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of vellenue.com and any web design services purchased from Vellenue. By submitting a project request or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Vellenue provides custom website design services for small businesses. Our standard package includes a 3-page custom website delivered within 48–72 hours of receiving your business details and content, subject to your timely cooperation in providing required materials.

2. Payment

• Payment of $349 is required to begin work on your website.
• Payments are processed securely through PayPal.
• All prices are in USD and are non-transferable.
• Additional pages or features beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

3. Refund Policy

• Before work begins: Full refund if requested before we have started design work.
• After work begins: If you are unsatisfied after delivery, we will make unlimited revisions until you are happy. If after revisions you remain unsatisfied, we will offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
• After launch: No refunds once the website has been approved and deployed.

4. Ownership

Upon full payment, you own 100% of the website files, code, and design. Vellenue retains no license to use your website after delivery. You are free to host, modify, or transfer your website as you wish.

5. Your Responsibilities

To deliver your website on time, you agree to:

• Provide your business information, logo (if applicable), preferred colors, and any content within 24 hours of payment
• Respond to questions or revision requests within 2 business days
• Ensure all content you provide does not infringe on third-party copyrights or trademarks

Delays in providing content may extend the delivery timeline beyond the standard 48–72 hours.

6. Intellectual Property

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any logos, images, or text you provide. Vellenue is not liable for intellectual property claims arising from content supplied by the client.

7. Hosting

Website design fees do not include hosting or domain registration unless explicitly stated. Hosting is available as a separate optional service at published rates. You may also choose to host your website with any third-party provider.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vellenue's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of your website or any downtime of your hosting provider.

9. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
